Tyrone Maho

With nearly 35 years of experience practicing law, Tyrone Maho has cemented a firm reputation as a judicious advocate for his clients and a shrewd attorney who can help navigate them through the complex legal challenges they face. Mr. Maho completed his undergraduate studies in 1985, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and public service from the University of California, Davis. A year later, he earned his Master of Arts in political science from his alma mater and went on to enroll at the University of California, Davis – School of Law, where he was an integral part of the U.C. Davis Law Review, the Federalist Society and the Trial Practice Honors Board. He received his Juris Doctor in 1989, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in California. 

Soon after becoming licensed, Mr. Maho was admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. Throughout his illustrious career, his penchant for helping clients move on from the tragic memories of their injuries has been peerless in his field, and for his many contributions, he has been rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and holds an “Excellent” rating on Avvo, along with many positive client testimonials on the latter site as well. 

Outside his legal practice, Mr. Maho holds close affiliations with many prominent legal organizations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Santa Barbara Trial Lawyers, the latter of which he is a founding member.
