- Tried to a jury a 5 co-defendant gang conspiracy trial lasting from August 2021-April 2022. Client was charged with ten murders, 14 attempted or conspiracy to commit murder. Alleged gang was MS-13. Client was found not guilty of multiple murders and attempted or conspiracy to commit murder. Client was however, found guilty of many others. Clients received 6 life without parole sentences instead of 9, along with 330 years to life. This case is considered one of the most complicated and lengthy gang conspiracy cases at the state level in California. , 2022
- After showing mitigation through investigation, convinced DA to give probation on very serious felony DUI with great bodily injury allegations with multiple broken bones., 2021
