Brett J. Wasserman

Brett J. Wasserman is a partner at the law office of Marc A. Bronstein A Professional Law Corporation, located in Santa Monica, California. He concentrates his practice on matters involving estate planning, business law, California and federal tax, probate, real estate and landlord-tenant lease issues.

Mr. Wasserman has immense experience in helping clients with the formation of businesses, averting business or tax-related issues that may arise, creating an estate plan, and overseeing the estate of a loved one.  

From his personal experience, Mr. Wasserman knows how confusing the legal process can be for someone who wants to start a business, and he helps his clients at every stage in the process. Communicating well, he keeps his clients informed of their case, listens attentively and formulates strategies that are unique to their case.

With a major in psychology and a minor in business, Mr. Wasserman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Arizona. He then pursued his legal studies and attended Loyola Marymount University’s Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and obtained his Juris Doctor. At the same law school, he earned his Master of Law degree in taxation.

Mr. Wasserman is licensed to practice in the state of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. After law school, he joined Marc A. Bronstein A Professional Law Corporation as a law clerk and then became an associate attorney, and now he currently serves as a partner.

With memberships in the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Los Angeles Jewish Bar Association, Mr. Wasserman is active in the legal community. He has received a “Good” rating on Avvo for his work in the legal field.
