After receiving his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy, Mr. Randolph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. After law school, he worked as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and then as a deputy public defender for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office before going into private practice. He is admitted to appear before all state and federal district courts in California as well as the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd, 9th and 10th Circuits.
