Majoring in political theory, Ms. Weil graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2009. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2013. During these years, she worked full-time at a litigation firm and externed for the Loyola Project for the Innocent and the Honorable Judge Philip S. Gutierrez at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She became a member of the California State Bar in 2013 and has been actively litigating on behalf of consumers and injured parties ever since.

Throughout her career, Ms. Weil has represented thousands of clients, including businesses, individuals, consumers, whistleblowers, municipalities, and more. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Litigation Section of Los Angeles County Bar Association ("LACBA"), where she serves on the Executive Committee and as the Co-Chair for the Complex Courts Committee.
