  • $18.4 million jury verdict in Ventura Superior Court, Simi Valley in a case by a 26-year male employee of Vons with an excellent work record who reported sexual harassment by a female manager to the Company, and then the DFEH, was transferred away from the store he worked for 15 years, set up with a false crime scene and fired in retaliation for his reports of unlawful harassment.
