Tullo Mumtaz

Tullo Mumtaz serves as the managing attorney of Mumtaz Law Group, Los Angeles, California, bringing more than 10 years of devoted family law representation to her clients. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a desire to provide individualized attention during life’s most sensitive transitions. Her practice covers all matters of jurisdictional issues, marital property characterization, valuation and division, child custody, child support, spousal support, paternity, cohabitation agreements, and pre- and postnuptial agreements.

By combining compassionate guidance with steadfast advocacy, Ms. Mumtaz ensures that clients feel supported both personally and legally, helping them emerge from challenging circumstances with confidence and stability. She began her legal journey as a lead attorney at two prominent Southern California law firms, where she handled sophisticated asset protection and family law litigation matters throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. During this period, she worked closely with ultra high net worth families, entertainers, professional athletes and corporate executives, developing strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. 

Since 2017, Ms. Mumtaz has volunteered at the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law, offering legal guidance to underserved populations facing issues such as custody disputes and domestic violence. She holds active memberships in the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Family Law Section. A Southern California native, Ms. Mumtaz completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, before earning her Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. Establishing Mumtaz Law Group allowed her to pursue a deeper connection with each client, guiding them through complex legal matters with both empathy and determination.
