Brendan M. Kunkle

Brendan Kunkle has tried and resolved cases involving personal injury, defective products, premises liability, wildfire claims, general negligence, insurance bad faith disputes, employee side employment issues, business tort litigation and public entity liability. He has been extremely active in the Sonoma County community, having served as the Chairman of the Board of three different board of directors: United Way of Wine Country, Schools Plus, and Redwood Empire Food Bank, over the past 20 years. He has also served as the president of Consumer Attorneys of Sonoma County, as a Settlement Conference Panelist for Sonoma County Superior Court and has been a speaker to the Sonoma County Bar Association on various topics including Presentation of Evidence and Mediation. He has further served on the faculty of Empire College School of Law as a Professor of Trial Practice over the past decade, and as a member of the Executive Committee and participant in the American Inns of Court Richard Sangster Chapter.

Mr. Kunkle has been a practicing attorney with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery firm for over 23 years, including the past 19 years as a Shareholder, and the past 10 years as it's Managing Shareholder. He brings extensive experience and expertise to each client relationship.
