Chris P. Andrian

As a partner at Andrian & Gallenson, Chris P. Andrian provides dedicated legal representation to clients in Santa Rosa, California, and throughout Sonoma County. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, generally handling cases that involve DUI and DWI, drug crimes and marijuana law, domestic violence, sexual assault, and computer and Internet crimes. He also accepts environmental law cases.

After obtaining an undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University in 1966, Mr. Andrian went on to attend the University of California Hastings College of the Law . He received a law degree in 1972.

With nearly 40 years of experience, Mr. Andrian knows that the criminal justice system is not without flaws. For that reason, he does everything in his power to support his clients through what is often a stressful time for them and their families, and he works to help make sure their rights are upheld. Mr. Andrian stands by his clients from the start of their case until it has been resolved. He has relationships with prosecutors and judges at both the state and federal levels, which he uses to help him provide justice for his clients. Active in the legal community, Mr. Andrian is a member of the American Civil Liberties Union, the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice , the California Public Defenders Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Sonoma County Women in Law. Mr. Andrian currently serves as co-chair for the Sonoma County Criminal Defense Bar .
