Erika Copenhaver

Erika Copenhaver is an estate planning attorney at Galanti & Copenhaver, Inc., located in Santa Rosa, California. Ms. Copenhaver assists clients in Santa Rosa and throughout the greater Bay Area, with their estate planning needs and has extensive experience with asset management and probate, as well as trust drafting and administration. She also handles international transactional work and helps small businesses with incorporation and licensing needs.

Ms. Copenhaver graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a bachelor’s degree and earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. She has been admitted to practice law in the state of California since 2009 and speaks both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a broader array of clients in the Sonoma County and greater North Bay Area region.

Active in her legal and professional communities, Ms. Copenhaver is a past member of the board of directors of the Dengue Relief Foundation, a nonprofit public benefit corporation. She is also a past member of the board for the YWCA Sonoma County (8 years); a past member of the board of directors for the Sonoma Humane Society; past board President of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council; current president and board member for Senior Advocacy Services.

Ms. Copenhaver participates additional community activities, including serving on the Community Foundation’s professional advisory group. In the business area, she is a member of a Santa Rosa chapter of Business Network International.

Participation in professional groups is also a passion for Ms. Copenhaver. She belongs to the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber and the National Association of Professional Women. She also serves on the Sonoma County Bar Association’s trusts and estates steering committee.
