Adam D.H. Grant

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Adam D.H. Grant brings his formidable 30-plus years of experience and legal knowledge in an effort to help his clients navigate the complexities of their legal challenges with grace and poise. A shareholder at Grant Shenon Almaraz, APLC, in Sherman Oaks, California, he primarily handles various business law matters for his clients, including disputes, digital privacy and cybersecurity concerns, as well as construction litigation and real estate law, among many others.

Mr. Grant completed his undergraduate studies in 1986, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, U.S. history and political philosophy from the University of California San Diego. He went on to attend Southwestern Law School, and during his time there, he participated in the Intramural Moot Court Competition and externed for the Honorable Judge Barry Russell at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He received his Juris Doctor in 1990, and in the very next year, he obtained his license to practice law in California. 

A 13-time Ironman finisher and ranked 13th in the Ultraman World Championships, Mr. Grant understands how to get his clients across the finish line without adding any undue stress, and he emphasizes a strong work ethic that strives to achieve their goals with grace and poise. For his many contributions, he has been rated “Excellent” on Avvo. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
