David Spivak

Attorney David Spivak is the founder and owner of The Spivak Law Firm, which has law offices in Encino and Los Angeles, California. From his efforts, he has recovered millions of dollars in total compensation for his plaintiff clients, and he has gained a reputation for his aggressive approach to helping his clients achieve the favorable outcomes they expect and deserve.

A 1991 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Spivak obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California, and he has handled numerous cases before various state and federal employment agencies, including the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Spivak also holds his license to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, and he is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association, among his other professional affiliations.
