Matthew R. Mejia

Matthew Mejia is a partner at Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP.  He has multiple practice areas and specialties including general liability, premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, construction defect and disputes, habitability and tenantability, subrogation, and complex business disputes.

Mr. Mejia represents businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, and individuals in all facets of litigation, including trial. Mr. Mejia’s clients include Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc., Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits LLC, and Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. He also provides his services to various insurance carriers, including Lloyds of London and Swiss Re. While based in Sherman Oaks, California, he practices throughout all of California.

Mr. Mejia is a former college athlete (basketball and football) who extends the spirit of competition to the various litigated matters that he handles. He is a tireless advocate with tremendous dedication to his clients.

He joined Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP in 2022 after honing his practice at a boutique litigation firm located in both Agoura Hills and Westlake Village.

Mr. Mejia is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
