David Kaplan

David Kaplan is an attorney who represents clients in the Solana Beach, California area. David Kaplan is recognized by peers and was selected to Rising Stars for 2015 - 2017. David Kaplan chose to pursue a career in law after completing undergraduate studies. He attended Duke University School of Law and graduated in 2003. David Kaplan passed the bar exam and was admitted to legal practice in 2004.
