Sarah B. Russo

Ms. Russo practices family law, mediation and guardianship law, and is a partner at the firm of Russo Elms Roberts, LLP, in Suisun City, California. Her practice encompasses litigation and mediation in the following areas:

Graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the California State University, Sacramento, Ms. Russo went on to obtain a law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, engaging herself in several activities and associations such as the King Hall Women’s Law Association and the American Constitution Society. She was also a certified law student at the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic, assisting underserved clients in constitutional tort actions.

Ms. Russo extends her legal service to the community, serving as a chair of the Family Law Section of the Solano County Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section of The State Bar of California.  Ms. Russo also devotes a portion of her practice to doing minor's counsel work, representing children in high conflict or complex proceedings.
