Victor L. George

The Law Offices of Victor L. George has been representing plaintiffs in Southern California since the 1990s. From the very beginning, attorney Victor L. George dedicated his practice solely to representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury, wrongful death and employment discrimination cases.

Mr. George has achieved a remarkable record of jury trial verdicts and arbitration awards from a wide variety of corporate defendants, including Ford Motor company, Los Angeles metro, Wal-Mart, numerous entertainment and production companies, Sears/Roebuck, the state of California, The Roman Catholic archdiocese and scores of others. Between 1995 and 2004, he never lost a single jury trial.

For fifteen of the past twenty four years, Mr. George has been annually nominated for the prestigious honor of Trial Lawyer of the Year (TLOY) by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) which TLOY award Mr. George won in 2005.In 2019, he was awarded Loyola law schools “champion of justice" award.

He has achieved continual  outstanding jury verdicts, including a 2017 zisette vs starline, the wrongful death verdict of a 16 year old for $26 million for the parents  ”loss of love “. In 2022, in Mosley versus Pacifica, a seven week Bakersfield jury trial,  Mr. George achieved a  $23 million jury verdict in a Wrongful death /elder abuse trial. Some of numerous Other jury verdicts include:  Omari v. Kindred, et al. ($7 million verdict) (a Palestinian discrimination case) Hope v. California Youth Authority ($3.4 million award )(Sexual preference orientation award for  a gay person that was HIV positive ) and Leontaritis v. Tony's Taverna ($5.4 million award) (a sexual harassment/sexual assault jury verdict of a restaurant greeter) And many other such verdicts.
