Cameron D. Bordner

Focusing his practice on business, commercial, construction and real estate litigation, Cameron D. Bordner is a co-founder of The Law Offices of Molsby & Bordner, LLP. He provides dedicated legal guidance to clients throughout Sacramento, Truckee and Lake Tahoe, California, as well as in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Bordner also accepts family law and estate planning cases.

Beyond his work in the courtroom, Mr. Bordner is actively involved in the community. He is a member of The State Bar of California, the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys and the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Bordner previously served as the president and is currently a trustee for the Tahoe Truckee Bar Association, as well as for the Sierra Avalanche Center.

Mr. Bordner earned a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Lewis College. He went on to study molecular biology at the University of Colorado Boulder before changing over to law. He then received a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

Placing an emphasis on providing smart representation that is aggressive and progressive, Mr. Bordner works with clients ranging from sole proprietors to multistate corporations. He guides businesses through the complexities involved with forming, buying, selling, managing and terminating corporations and LLCs. Mr. Bordner drafts contracts, negotiates, files petitions and attends hearings. Drawing on the knowledge and experience he gained while working as a professional ski patroller and risk consultant for recreation providers, Mr. Bordner handles ski resort defense claims and aids outdoor recreation industry clients with risk management. He also accepts family law and estate planning cases.
