At Evans Law, PC, in Anaheim, California, he is well-equipped for a wide range of matters pertaining to corporate law, energy law and tax law, as well as securities litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and providing counsel on investments and broker-deals, among many others.

Mr. Evans completed his undergraduate studies in 1999, receiving his bachelor's degree in history and political science from the University of California, Berkeley. He went on to attend The University of Utah, where he simultaneously pursued his Juris Doctor and M.B.A. degree from the S.J. In addition, he has also taken part in myriad arbitration and litigation matters to help his clients achieve their goals expeditiously.
