Richard E. Donahoo

Richard E. Donahoo is the founder of Donahoo & Associates, PC located in Tustin, California. Mr. Donahoo handles both individual and class-action lawsuits involving construction litigation and personal injury. He also handles matters involving labor and employment disputes and financial fraud. During the course of his legal career, he has litigated against both government entities and large corporations whose wrongdoing resulted in damages or injury, successfully representing clients in Tustin and throughout Southern California.

A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, Mr. Donahoo earned his law degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University. Prior to founding his current firm, Mr. Donahoo was an associate at a Santa Ana, California, firm. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of California and Colorado, as well as the U.S. district courts for the northern, central and southern districts of California and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In addition to running his successful law practice, Mr. Donahoo participates in various professional organizations. He currently belongs to the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.

Passionate about advocating for those who have been injured or who have lost a loved one, Mr. Donahoo has secured substantial financial verdicts and settlements for his clients throughout the years. His flourishing career has resulted in a variety of honors and recognition.
