Susan Eliasoff Fields

Susan Eliasoff Fields has been a pivotal member of Koszdin, Fields & Sherry since 1979, beginning her career as a law clerk. Since then, she has dedicated her career to representing injured workers across Southern California, advocating tirelessly on their behalf in workers' compensation cases. Anchoring her practice in Van Nuys, California, and extending it to Los Angeles, she represents her clients in all matters of workers’ compensation.

Ms. Fields holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from California State University at Northridge, obtained in 1977. He attended the University of West Los Angeles, from where he secured a Juris Doctor in 1980. The very next year, she was admitted to The State Bar of California.

Throughout her career, Ms. Fields has not only excelled in her practice but has also taken on significant leadership roles. She currently serves as the managing partner of her firm and has experience as a judge pro tem, which has further broadened her understanding and approach to law. Her commitment to her field and her clients has been consistently recognized, as evidenced by her being honored annually since 2006 as among the top five percent of all attorneys in Southern California within the realm of workers' compensation.

Ms. Fields is an active member of several prestigious legal associations, including the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers and the Consumer Attorneys of California. Her legal acumen and dedication have also been acknowledged by her peers, culminating in an AV Preeminent peer-review rating* through Martindale-Hubbell. She has also been rated “Excellent” on Avvo.
