At Hartley Law Group, with offices in Arlington, Texas, and Ventura, California, Robert B. Vojtik has carved a niche for himself in the legal arena over nearly a decade, rising from humble beginnings. He brings his keen focus to family law – covering divorce, custody, adoption and military divorce – alongside estate planning and probate.
From the firm’s start as a modest operation, Mr. Vojtik has been instrumental in its success. His journey has taken him through every role in the firm, evolving from a scan clerk to a research analyst and ultimately to a practicing attorney. His keen legal acumen has been sharpened by on-the-job experiences and the guidance of like-minded colleagues who share his passion for the law.
Balancing a full-time role as a finish carpenter, Mr. Vojtik pursued his bachelor’s degree at California State University Northridge, earning dual degrees in philosophy and religious studies in 2009. He then embarked on his law school journey while working full-time at Hartley Law Group, earning accolades for his academic prowess at Ventura College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2017. Licensed in Texas in 2018, he is admired for his exceptional work ethic.
A pillar of the legal community, Mr. Vojtik actively participates in the Ventura County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the American Academy of Attorneys and holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo. He has also launched his own law practice, focusing on probate and estate planning while continuing his role as an associate attorney at Hartley Law Group.
