Addison K. Adams

The founder of Adams Corporate Law, Inc., in Villa Park, California, Addison K. Adams is a veteran attorney with nearly three decades of experience in all aspects of business litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts and agreements, corporate formations and governance, and providing guidance to startup companies, among many others.

Mr. Adams completed his undergraduate studies in 1992, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from The University of Arizona. He went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1996, as well as his license to practice law in California the same year. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Central Districts of California.
