Born in Ukraine, Ms. Tarnopolskaya and her family immigrated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1992, where she later pursued her higher education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management in 2011 and a Juris Doctor in 2015, both from Golden Gate University School of Law. During her time in law school, she actively volunteered at an Employment Rights Clinic, further solidifying her resolve to support those in need of strong legal advocacy.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Tarnopolskaya was a partner at a Concord-based workers’ compensation law firm, where she represented injured workers. Her background also includes practice in diverse areas such as family law, estate planning, business litigation and tax, which has equipped her with a broad legal perspective and a unique ability to navigate complex cases.
