  • In 2019, Mr. Renneisen tried a wrongful death case with co-counsel Ed Dudensing against an assisted living facility in Sacramento, California.  The jury returned a verdict of $42.5 million dollars in favor of the plaintiffs.  The verdict is believed to be the largest verdict ever against an assisted living facility in the United States.  Lovenstein v.   • In 2010, Mr. Renneisen tried an elder abuse case with Ed Dudensing where a landmark $29.1 million jury verdict was obtained against a skilled nursing facility in Sacramento.  The Sacramento Bee reported this to be the largest single plaintiff’s injury jury verdict in Sacramento history.  Verdict Published at 26 Nat.
