A 1992 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Morrill obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1996. A leader in his legal community, he is former president of the Contra Costa County Bar Association's Elder Law and Litigation Sections, and he continues to serve on the board of the organization's Elder Law Section and its Estate Planning and Probate Section. He also serves on the board of Contra Costa Senior Legal Services.
