Laura R. Ramsey

Laura Ramsey is Of Counsel at Whiting, Fallon, Ross & Abel, representing parties in sophisticated and complex family law matters, including divorces, marital agreements, custody and visitation proceedings, actions for spousal and child support, and enforcement of existing court orders. She approaches cases with confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, all in furtherance of her clients' interests. Laura is a member of the Contra Costa and Alameda County Bar Associations as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She is a board member of the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association and a Director for the Contra Costa County Bar Association.  She is certified by the California State Bar as a legal specialist in family law. Laura received extensive negotitation and mediation training while attending the week long Program on Negotitation, "Mediating Disputes" at Harvard Law School in October 2014.  Laura is honored to be selected to 2013-2017 Northern California Rising Stars and 2018 Super Lawyers.
