Ray Robinson is an accomplished attorney and real estate broker with an extensive background in litigation, trial advocacy, and real estate spanning over three decades and runs his own firm rayrobinson.attorney, based in Walnut Creek, California. Prior to entering the legal profession, he garnered over 30 years of experience as a litigation and trial paralegal, honing his skills in legal research, case preparation and client advocacy.

Mr. Robinson is committed to staying at the forefront of legal developments and providing exceptional representation across a wide range of practice areas, including litigation, criminal law, trusts and estates, and real estate. Additionally, he boasts over 35 years of experience in real estate, encompassing real property sales and property management.

After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School in Richmond, Mr. Robinson pursued further education in real estate sales and broker license education from Anthony Schools and Executive Studies, respectively. He also obtained certificates of completion in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Solano and Diablo Valley Community Colleges.

Mr. Robinson's pursuit of legal education culminated in a paralegal certificate (with highest honors) and a B.A. (with honors) in law studies from Saint Mary’s College of California. He later earned his law degree from Empire College School of Law in 2013, where he received the prestigious Witkin Award for Excellence in Professional Responsibility and was selected for the Moot Court Team. Furthering his knowledge in the legal domain, he obtained a Master of Laws advanced law degree with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Admitted to practice in all superior courts of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, Mr. Robinson is dedicated to serving his clients with integrity and professionalism.
