Scott J. Lantry

A partner at the law firm of Whiting, Ross, Abel & Campbell, LLP, attorney Scott J. Lantry dedicates his practice exclusively to family law. From his firm in Walnut Creek, he represents clients throughout California, including Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Piedmont, Berkeley, Oakland, Kensington, Montclair, Rockridge and other communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Certified as a specialist in family law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Lantry has 15 years of legal experience helping his clients navigate a wide range of legal matters such as divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody and support, post-decree enforcement and modifications, alimony, settlement proceedings and more.

Mr. Lantry graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts from Grove City College in 2005. Three years later, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, he also served as a summer associate at the United States Air Force for nearly one year. He was first admitted to practice in the state courts of California in 2008 and later before the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Mr. Lantry is devoted to finding peaceful resolutions to family law disputes. Whether it's through mediation, settlements or negotiation, he provides compassionate legal counsel all while respecting his clients' needs and expenses.
