Ashley Yaghoobian

Attorney Ashley Yaghoobian is a prelitigation associate at Omega Law Group. She helps the residents of Los Angeles, California, and inhabitants statewide with their personal injury issues. She primarily handles cases involving:

Ms. Yaghoobian received her bachelor's degree with high distinction from the University of California Berkeley. During the last semester of her undergraduate studies, she got accepted into a Legal Studies Honors Program in Barcelona, Spain, prompting her interest in the legal field. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola Marymount University – Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While at law school, she was recognized as a merit scholar and performed a brief stint as a law clerk for the Honorable Barry Russell at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Before her role at Omega Law Group, Ms. Yaghoobian worked at a prominent personal injury firm where she honed her legal skills and developed her knowledge regarding drafting demand packages and negotiating cases. Prior to this role, she worked for a nonprofit organization that combats the usage of hate speech across universities and college campuses. Furthermore, she worked under the general counsel for the largest family-owned bottled water company in the U.S.

Ms. Yaghoobian puts a strong emphasis on maintaining transparency and building trust and communication between her clients. She ensures to take time while helping them navigate the intricate world of personal injury and keeps them informed throughout the life cycle of their case. She has extensive experience with civil litigation, especially with First Amendment rights, homelessness and police brutality. In addition to that, she has a critical understanding of the presuit process and is committed to representing her clients irrespective of the barriers in her way.
