Justin D. Sobodash is the founder of Law Office of Justin Sobodash, PC a boutique firm known for its intellectual property and business services. He has more than 20 years of experience representing clients from various industries, such as apparel, chemical, construction, cannabis, finance, publishing, manufacturing, real estate, and technology.   His office has collected millions in judgments and settlements and obtained defense verdicts in the face of eight-figure claims.

Mr. Sobodash takes care to develop a rapport with each of his clients and understand their priorities with respect to optimal results, cost-effectiveness, and upholding and protecting the client’s reputation.

Mr. Sobodash’s intellectual property experience includes both litigation and transactional matters.  He prosecutes trademarks and copyrights and represents applicants and registrants before administrative agencies.  He has considerable experience with intellectual property licensing and entertainment and publishing agreements. 

Mr. Sobodash received his bachelor's degree cum laude in political science from UCLA in 1998. He later earned his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2001.  He has practiced law in the Los Angeles area for over 20 years.
