Case A. Dam joined The Lanier Law Firm’s Los Angeles office in 2013. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Case earned his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in 2000 and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004. Since graduating, he has zealously represented injured plaintiffs suffering from malignant mesothelioma, asbestos-related cancer, and asbestosis. Case has served as a trial and appellate attorney for clients exposed to asbestos in a variety of circumstances, including veterans of the United States Armed Services, automotive mechanics, shipyard workers, underground water and sewer pipe installers, carpenters, ironworkers, millwrights, boiler repairmen, plumbers, laborers, doctors, teachers, smokers of asbestos filtered cigarettes, as well as persons unknowingly exposed to asbestos products from laundering their family members work clothes.
