Through resolute dedication and tireless efforts, she distinguished herself as an accomplished escrow officer, subsequently assuming managerial duties and demonstrating prowess as an adept trainer.

Exhibiting a deep commitment to her profession, Ms. Felten pursued professional development by earning her certificate of achievement from the California Escrow Association and achieving prominent designations as a certified escrow officer and certified bulk sale specialist. She has been a valued and active member of the Ventura County Escrow Association since 1997, showcasing her devotion to the real estate community and serving as its president in 1999.

While pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of California in Los Angeles, she took the initiative to complete the eleven necessary courses for obtaining her California real estate broker's license. Furthering her education, she successfully earned her Juris Doctor with honors in 2006 from Southwestern Law School.
