David Payab

A 1993 graduate of California State University, Northridge, Mr. Payab obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University Law School in 1996. While in law school, he won the American Jurisprudence Book Award for Civil Pretrial Practice and Insurance Law. Along with practicing before all California state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the California Supreme Court.

Drawing upon his extensive legal knowledge, Mr. Payab has served as legal adviser for18 years at the University of Southern California. He also has several publications to his credit and has conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region. He is an active member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyer Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, among his many other professional affiliations.
