Along with practicing before all California state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the California Supreme Court.

Drawing upon his extensive legal knowledge, Mr. Payab has served as legal adviser for the past 14 years at the University of Southern California. He also has several publications to his credit and has conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region.
