Leontiy Korotkikh

Leontiy Korotkikh is the founding attorney of Viking Law Firm, PC, located in Woodland Hills, California, where he focuses on helping injured clients obtain the full and fair compensation they deserve when harmed through no fault of their own. He represents individuals in a wide range of complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, including automobile, motorcycle, semi-truck, rideshare and public transportation accidents, as well as slip-and-fall and sidewalk trip-and-fall cases. Mr. Korotkikh earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge, with a concentration in business law. Prior to completing his undergraduate studies, he began an internship with an insurance defense firm, gaining early exposure to the inner workings of insurance litigation. While continuing his work with the defense firm, he attended the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.

After becoming licensed to practice law in California, Mr. Korotkikh joined the insurance defense firm as an associate attorney. In that role, he represented employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in a variety of matters, developing a thorough understanding of how insurers evaluate claims, assess risk and pursue settlement strategies.

Drawing on this experience, Mr. Korotkikh ultimately made the decision to shift his practice to plaintiff-side representation. His background in insurance defense gives him valuable insight into the tactics insurers use to minimize payouts, allowing him to anticipate challenges and advocate more effectively for injured clients seeking just compensation.

In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Korotkikh practices immigration law, where he assists asylum seekers in presenting their cases before the Department of Justice.
