Majoring in economics and finance, Mr. Jonson completed his undergraduate degree in 1988 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from Wake Forest Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He has been admitted to practice before the courts in Colorado since 1994.

A focused and hardworking legal professional, Mr. Jonson formulates a strategy to achieve his clients’ goals following a thorough analysis of the facts. His preparation throughout the process allows his clients to make better choices for the future. Apart from assisting clients on divorce, child custody and asset protection matters, he has also defended individuals accused of misdemeanors, felonies, driving under the influence (DUI) charges and domestic violence.

A significant member of several prominent organizations, Mr. Jonson is a part of the Denver Bar Association’s Interdisciplinary Committee, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and the Colorado Bar Association’s Peer Professionalism Assistance Group.
