Mary Ewing is an attorney and the founder of Mary Ewing Law Offices, PC.   Ms. Ewing practices in various areas of civil law including divorce, personal injury,  workers' compensation, social security disability, employment law, professional liability, medical malpractice, and products liability.  She represents clients throughout the state of Colorado.

Ms. Ewing has more than four decades of legal experience.  Throughout that time, she has held the of AV Preeminent* rating by the attorney peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell.  She has been selected by her peers as a SuperLawyer for 49 years.  She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Admitted to practice in the state of Colorado since 1975, Ms. Ewing is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. She has also served as a part time law professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is a certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

In addition to practicing and teaching law, Ms. Ewing was appointed by the Colorado Supreme Court to the Pattern Jury Instruction Committee on which she served for 30 years.  She was also appointed by joint action of the Governor, the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Attorney General to serve as Commissioner for 18th Judicial District Judicial Nominating Commission in 1994, serving for a five year term. Ms. Ewing is actively involved in several local professional organizations. She is a member of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Douglas Elbert County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice, and has been involved in various roles with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Ewing has shared her wealth of legal knowledge by authoring and co-authoring articles that have appeared in a variety of legal publications. She has presented lectures in over 300 continuing legal education seminars.   She has also served on the board of directors for organizations including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association:,the Yellowstone Association, the official non-profit partner of Yellowstone National Park: the Masters of Foxhounds of America, and the Saddle-Up Foundation.   She was chair of the board of the Lowell Whiteman School, now known as the Steamboat Mountain School.
