Deborah L. Taussig

Debbie Taussig handles personal injury. wrongful death, trucking, insurance, traumatic brain injury and other cases involving serious injuries for clients all over Colorado. Since 2001, she has worked as a trial lawyer representing the rights of individuals against the government, insurance companies and large corporations. 

Admitted to practice in the state of Colorado and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Colorado Supreme Court, Ms. Taussig is a member of the Boulder County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Taussig is a past President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and was given the New Trial Lawyer of the Year Award by the organization in 2009.

In 2003, Ms. Taussig graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer’s College and currently teaches for that institution, educating trial lawyers who want to obtain justice, represent the injured and stand up for individuals’ rights to be free from government and corporate oppression. She was selected in 2012 to serve on the American Association for Justice’s board of governors.

Ms. Taussig obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law after earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado. For almost 20 years, she has handled personal injury cases of wrongful death, trucking accidents, school bullying, premises liability, insurance disputes and car accidents, providing a stable source of advice and aggressive representation for those who may be taken advantage of without help from a qualified attorney.
