- Authored an amicus brief on behalf of the Colorado Trial Lawyers' Association in Miller v. Crested Butte, LLC, 2024 CO 30, on the issue of whether a ski area operator may absolve itself of statutory duties imposed by the Ski Safety Act and the Passenger Tramway Safety Act through liability waivers. The Colorado Supreme Court held that the defendant could not absolve itself of liability for violations of statutory and regulatory duties through private release agreements., 2024
