    A 1983 honors graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada, Ms. Bellac obtained her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York, where she was an active member of the Moot Court Competition and graduated within the top 35% of her class. She holds her license to practice in New Jersey as well as Colorado, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

    A leader in her legal community, Ms. Bellac has served as co-chair of the Boulder County Bar Association's Employment Law Section, and she is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section as well as the Plaintiffs' Employment Lawyers Association of Colorado. She is also a past member of both the Colorado Women's Bar Association and the Colorado Women's Leadership Coalition, and she has written extensively and conducted numerous lectures and continuing legal education seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics.
