Attorney Todd A. Stahly is the founder and principal of Stahly LLC, which has office locations in Boulder and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Handling all aspects of family law for clients throughout the state, Mr. Stahly and his law firm utilize an innovative process known as Informed Divorce to provide his clients with the most accurate and relevant information possible to help them make the best decisions about the matters that affect their cases.
By arming his clients with all the information they need, he hopes to empower them as they work to resolve their conflicts and disputes in order to achieve the favorable outcomes they seek, and he fights hard to protect their rights and best interests during all proceedings involving litigation, settlements or divorce mediation.
A graduate of Michigan Technological University, Mr. Stahly obtained his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2003. That same year, the Colorado Bar Association admitted him to practice. He is a fellow with the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and he is highly active with the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section, having held a number of leadership roles within the organization.
In addition, he served as president and also as a board member for the Boulder Interdisciplinary Committee, and he once served as co-chair for the Boulder County Bar Association Family Law Section. He is also a member of the Colorado Judicial Institute.
Well-versed in all areas of family law, Mr. Stahly has published numerous articles and conducted lectures across the country on a variety of related legal topics. Widely regarded as one of the top family law attorneys in the region and an emerging leader in his area of practice, he has received several awards and honors for his professionalism and service, and he holds a Superb rating from Avvo.
