Bruce A. Lampert

As a partner at Katzman, Lampert & Stoll, located in Broomfield, Colorado, Bruce A. Lampert focuses his practice on plaintiff-side aviation accident litigation. He has represented individuals and families in complex aviation matters, serving as counsel in approximately 190 federal aviation cases. His experience spans commercial airline disaster litigation, general aviation and corporate aircraft crash cases, helicopter and rotorcraft accidents, military and government contractor aviation claims, and aircraft product liability proceedings. His extensive background in aviation litigation has made him a trusted advocate in high-stakes cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Mr. Lampert is recognized for his strategic, detail-oriented approach to aviation litigation and his commitment to pursuing accountability on behalf of those affected by aviation accidents. An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Lampert is a member of the American Association for Justice and has served on the governing board of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Lampert earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in 1970 before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1979. While in law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Prize in Contracts and the American Law Book Prize and served as a writer for the Denver Law Review. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Hatfield O. Chilson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Admitted to practice in Colorado in 1979 and Michigan in 1987, Mr. Lampert is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He has held a Federal Aviation Administration private pilot certificate since 1982, providing him valuable firsthand knowledge of aviation operations.
