Mr. Lampert earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in 1970 before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1979. While in law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Prize in Contracts and the American Law Book Prize and served as a writer for the Denver Law Review. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Hatfield O. Chilson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Admitted to practice in Colorado in 1979 and Michigan in 1987, Mr. Lampert is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He has held a Federal Aviation Administration private pilot certificate since 1982, providing him valuable firsthand knowledge of aviation operations.
