    • Sued energy company’s commercial general liability (CGL) insurer who denied coverage for consequential damages, forcing it to offer $1 million policy limit to settle.
    • Successful in securing a defense in environmental contamination case for clients.  Secured a defense for senior citizens who inherited property with environmental contamination against state enforcement action.
    • Persuaded D&O/EPLI insurer to defend nominally excluded allegations against former CEO because they were intertwined with covered allegations
    • Successful reversal of ten-figure insurance claim denial in client's favor.  Persuaded an environmental insurer to reverse its ten-figure denial of an energy company’s claim.
