He was part of the Tax Law Society, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic and the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court.

Mr. Konz started his career as a legal intern at the Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Attorney General's Office – Revenue and Utilities Section. He then worked for one of the largest law firms in New York City where he provided tax services to leading global organizations.

Active in his community, Mr. Konz is a member of the prestigious National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Colorado Bar Association. He also devotes a part of his time to helping clients on a pro bono basis.
