Donald “Corky” Eby leads the real estate practice group for Robinson and Henry, P.C.  Where he solves problems relating to all facets of real estate, including commercial and residential acquisition, financing, development, leases, foreclosure, landlord tenant, eviction, contract issues, HOA disputes, broker representation, and land use issues. 

Prior to joining Robinson and Henry he served in the US Navy where he was assigned to various aviation squadrons and aircraft carriers over the course of his naval career.  He also, has owned and operated a real estate company for over twelve years where he has personally bought and sold dozens of homes through both traditional and nontraditional means.  His unique background gives him an exceptional perspective on the issues faced by today’s developers, land owners, brokers, property managers, and business owners.  

Mr. Eby is admitted to practice law in all Colorado courts including the Federal District Court of Colorado and the Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

He presents many educational courses throughout the state of Colorado including the Colorado Real Estate Commission’s Annual Update Course, Property Management, and other seminars related to real estate and contracts.

He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Real Estate and Natural Resources sections.  As a result of his years of service he attempts to assist our nation’s veterans whenever possible thus his volunteer service to Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans.
