With an experience of over a decade, attorney Donald C. Eby serves as the managing partner at Robinson & Henry, P.C., based in Castle Rock, Colorado. He has played an instrumental role in the establishment of the firm and its expansion to eight branches across Colorado. A veteran who served in the U.S. Navy for more than two decades, Mr. Eby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from Oklahoma State University. Joining the University of Denver–Sturm College of Law, he completed his Juris Doctor in 2012 and was admitted to the Colorado State Bar in the same year.
Proficient in handling issues related to Homeowners Association litigation, property boundary disputes, real estate transactions, business partnership dissolution and termination, Mr. Eby functions as a corporate counsel for several small businesses. An active member of the Colorado legal community, he has professional affiliations with the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Douglas-Elbert County Bar Association.
With a “Superb” rating on Avvo, Mr. Eby has been honored with several accolades owing to his exemplary client representation and legal acumen. In college, he was the recipient of the Corporate Apprentice of the Year title and the Scholastic Excellence Award for trial practice. He was acclaimed as the Young Attorney of the Year in 2013 by the Douglas-Elbert County Bar Association, and Law Week Colorado listed him in the Up and Coming Lawyers 2015.
