Bridget Finn

Licensed in Colorado since 2013, Bridget Finn has been practicing law in the field of family law, including alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, dissolution, divorce, domestic violence, paternity, prenuptial agreements, marital property, mediation and collaborative law, same-sex family law and father's rights. Working out of the Centennial-based law firm of Solutions Based Family Law in Colorado, she focuses her passion on helping others in her practice.

Ms. Finn graduated with a psychology degree from Marquette University in 2009, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals during their most vulnerable moments. This dedication led her to AmeriCorps, where she coordinated community service projects for underprivileged youth and led conservation initiatives across eastern Montana and the Dakotas. Her extensive work with children inspired her to pursue a career in law, focusing on domestic violence and family law.

While attending the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Ms. Finn excelled academically, consistently making the dean’s list and completing her Juris Doctor in 2013. Her academic focus was on domestic violence, a field where she continues to advocate vigorously for victims as part of her family law practice. Since being admitted to the Colorado Bar Association in 2013, she has dedicated herself to family law, bringing empathy, comprehensive understanding and a commitment to justice to every case she handles.

Ms. Finn is not only skilled in traditional legal approaches but is also a certified mediator and is trained in the collaborative law approach. This training underscores her commitment to finding amicable and effective resolutions that respect the emotional and practical needs of all parties involved. Her approach often emphasizes collaborative solutions, which she believes can lead to more sustainable and peaceful outcomes for families.

In her professional life, Ms. Finn is an active member of various legal associations, including the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys and the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals.
