Jersey M. Green is an attorney at Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, P.C., in Centennial, Colorado, where he practices in the areas of business litigation and family law. Mr. Green represents clients throughout the Denver metropolitan area.  He is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Arapahoe County Bar Association and also serves as a Co-Chairman to its Continuing Legal Education and Mentor-Mentee Committees.  

Mr. Green has nearly four decades of trial experience, and has received numerous honors for his accomplishments. He holds an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available from the peer review service, and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America” in the area of family law.  He is Colorado's first board-certified family law trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an organization accredited by the American Bar Association.  Colorado does not recognize specialization certifications.

Mr. Green is the author of numerous legal articles and has presented lectures for organizations including the Arapahoe County Bar Association and the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council. Active in the Colorado legal community, he is a member of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Green worked as a detective. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, where he majored in criminology. He later received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. He holds licenses to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and several other federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. On a number of occasions, he has been specially admitted to represent clients in other states, including New York, California, Florida, Pennsylvania and more.
