Casey Kane

Admitted to the state of Colorado’s bar nearly a decade ago, Casey Kane is a well-seasoned prosecutor and trial attorney with a wealth of experience in the legal field. Representing his clients at The Law Offices of Steven Rodemer, a criminal defense legal firm located in the bustling city of Colorado Springs. He fearlessly handles a wide range of criminal offenses, from petty misdemeanors to white collar crimes and felonies.

Working alongside a premier criminal defense attorney here at the firm, Mr. Kane has built a stellar reputation for his exceptional work in cases involving domestic violence and DUIs. Previously, he was a part of the Major Crash Team (MCT), a special unit reserved for seasoned prosecutors tasked with handling intricate cases involving vehicle assaults and homicides. His deep understanding of the intensity of the matter helps him approach each client with the utmost diligence and compassion to protect their rights.

Mr. Kane’s prior experience in the district attorney’s office gives him an upper hand while analyzing cases and building a strong defense for his clients. A graduate of Winona State University, Mr. Kane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in law and political science. With a strong academic foundation in law, he decided to build upon his passion for the field and enrolled in the Appalachian School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude earning his J.D. in 2014 and earned his bar license the same year. During his time here, he served as a law clerk at the Walworth County Clerk of Circuit Court, where he worked for a renowned attorney and focused on building his research skills.

In honor of his accomplishments and unwavering dedication to helping others, Mr. Kane received the prestigious Trial Advocacy Award from the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association in his very first year of practice. He also earned recognition as one of the Top 40 Under 40 trial lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers and is rated "Excellent" on Avvo.
