During his time in law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Donald Endacott in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Mr. Vance embarked on his legal career in 1997 at a firm in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he initially defended negligent drivers in auto and truck collision cases for various insurance companies. However, in 2000, he shifted his focus to championing the rights of the injured, vowing never to return to defending negligent parties.
In 2005, Mr. Vance further honed his trial skills by attending Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, an intensive month-long program in Dubois, Wyoming. His dedication and expertise have led him to successfully try numerous jury and bench trials, securing millions of dollars in damages for his clients.
Mr. Vance's professional affiliations are a testament to his commitment to justice. He is a member of the Litigation Counsel of America, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (where he serves as a board member) and the American Association for Justice.
