Rachel Elizabeth Bentley

Rachel attended law school at Ohio Northern University. She simultaneously earned her M.L.I.S. from Wayne State University, specializing in Law Librarianship.

Rachel worked as a private attorney for clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits or Worker’s Compensation benefits, before going to work for the Social Security Administration. Rachel ultimately became a supervisor of other attorneys and legal assistants before returning to private practice. She now practices solely family law, and is ready to assist you with your case. Rachel understands the impact your case has on your entire life, and the stress you are under. She works to reduce that stress by providing clear advice, excellent communication, and reliable support as you move through the family law system.

Rachel is the outgoing chair of the El Paso County Bar Association’s Family Law Section. She was additionally named in Colorado Springs Magazine’s Top Attorney list for 2023 and 2024, for Divorce Law and Family Law

• Sole custody win - Assisted a father with obtaining full custody of his two children due to mother's emotional abuse

• Parenting time modification - Successfully restricted a father’s parenting time following physically abused of the minor child

• Makeup parenting time - Obtained an order for makeup parenting time for a father who’s child was wrongfully withheld from him by the mother
