My name is Tony Tracy and I am a dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney. 100% of my practice is dedicated to helping the less fortunate and I love what I do! I've worked in Auto Accidents, Trucking Cases, and Mass Torts, and am active with the CTLA and AAJ. My current goal is to continue to enhance my litigation practice to gain more experience for my clients. 

In October of 2024, I was able to resolve a dog attack case on public property for six figures. Client was knocked over but was never bitten by the two dogs.

In July of 2024, I was able to resolve a low impact rear-ender for over 8 times the medical bills. Client suffered a significant head injury. By providing photo and video of the client's changes to her work and home conditions, we were able to get the initial offer raised by over $50,000. 

In May of 2024, I was able to resolve a hip surgery case for $525,000.

In February of 2024, I was able to resolve a motorcycle crash for $400,000.

In May of 2023, I was able to resolve a Bad Faith claim against an Underinsured Motorist Carrier in Federal Court.

In March of 2023, I was able to successfully resolve a litigation case with a DUI defendant for over 4 times the pre-litigation offer. 

In July of 2022, I was able to successfully resolve an auto accident claim for an elderly couple for $750,000.

In May of 2022, I was able to successfully resolve a contested liability, wrist surgery case in litigation for $360,000. The top offer prior to litigation was $225,000. 

In March of 2022, I was able to successfully resolve a contest liability litigation case, for over 10 times the pre-litigation offer. 

In October of 2021, my colleague and I tried a case in El Paso County wherein we were able to obtain a verdict of over 4.5 times the amount of the medical bills.

In October of 2021, I was able to successfully resolve an auto accident case with a claim for loss of future military pension for $500,000.

In March of 2021, I was able to successfully resolve an auto accident case with 2 passengers, one of whom had a broken leg, and the other who had a pre-viability wrongful termination of pregnancy claim, for a combined $1.2 million.

In October of 2020, I was able to successfully resolve a bicycle accident for my client for over fifty times the amount of the medical bills. 

In October of 2020, I was able to successfully resolve an auto accident case with a DUI defendant for four times the amount of the original offer.

In April of 2020, I was able to successfully resolve a pedestrian auto accident case, which occurred in the parking lot of a Home Depot, for $500,000.

In February of 2020, I was able to successfully resolve an auto accident case involving the use of a firearm for $675,000.

In October of 2019, I was able to successfully resolve a bad faith case in Federal Court to my client's satisfaction.

In February of 2019, I was able to successfully resolve a Products Liability case in litigation for my client for $140,000.

In August of 2018, I tried a case in Pueblo District Court wherein my colleague and I were able to obtain a verdict over 4 times the amount of the medical bills. 

Prior to devoting nearly 100% of my time to Car Crash cases, I spent a significant amount of my practice working on various pharmaceutical litigations, including Xarelto, Talcum Powder, Abilify and IVC Filters. To better educate myself for this practice area, I attended numerous conference for Mass Torts Nexus, Mass Torts Made Perfect and AAJ, all over the United States. In addition, my firm was one of the key players in introducing Fire Fighting Foam litigation against 3M and etc. and I spent nearly two years working on this litigation, including drafting motions, reviewing pertinent documents, conducting substantial discovery, managing a group of team members for these tasks, and presenting to Federal Court. 

I have driven and flown across the United States to meet with my clients and have a better understanding of their unique situations and I am grateful for the opportunity.

In addition to my legal work, my wife and I are active in our community including with MaxFund, Resolve.org, Food Bank of the Rockies, and Charity Water. I'm a proud Dad to two daughters and a goldendoodle.
